- You provide a design brief with logos & branding (or we find someone to develop them for you)
- You provide initial content (text, images, links etc)
- We integrate the design brief to our pre-configured solution.
- We input the initial content
- We provide documentation
- The project is launched online
If your project requires a custom solution, the process will involve more work to gain an understanding of your needs and requirements.
Firstly, before we can give you a quote, we ask you to complete a quick project questionnaire. This is so we have a good understanding of what it is you want, what help you need, what resources you have and what needs to be developed.
Our project questionnaire will give us an accurate picture of your particular position and how we can help you best. From experience, we can state that projects given this level of forethought and planning flow better and are more cost-effective than projects that skimp on this part of the process.
After working through a completed project questionnaire, we can issue a quote and product proposal and begin the project from there. A development schedule will be created and at various key points in the process there will be oppourtunties for feedback to guide the creation of the final product. Additionally, we can assist in all matters of deployment after the completion of the project, whether this is organising hosting for your website, printing and distributing a CD-Rom, or installing and configuring a rich internet application.
